Thank you Yve for truly representing the real spirit of the music. this music is about the soul; about elevating the soul to a joyous place. you consistently do that in your life and in your music. you helped me 20 years ago when i asked you about music. you said "make their spirits dance". and, i still remember sitting in with you at a trad. jazz festival...the feeling of the music was the upliftedness that made me want to be a musician in the first place. when the soul feels this, it simply wants to dance. and this is always a healing for the people, musicians and listeners alike.
